1.Do not work under high-pressure conditions for extended periods, and the projection length of the rivet head should not exceed the specified value.

Immediately stop operating the riveting machine if an abnormality occurs and inspect it to identify and resolve the problem until the fault is eliminated. The equipment’s guide rails should be lubricated with grease once a month to keep them smooth and rust-free. The installation and removal of the rivet head should be done slowly; do not use excessive force when removing the rivet head from the riveting machine. Instead, twist the rivet head and slowly pull it downwards. If the rivet seat for inserting the rivet head is pulled out a certain distance, significant positioning errors will occur after the rivet head is installed. In this case, the safety cover should be removed, and the rivet seat positioned correctly before use; otherwise, the machine can be easily damaged.

2.The equipment should be carefully maintained during regular use, and any problems with the riveting machine should be addressed immediately. Check whether the lubricating oil in the pneumatic triplet cup is sufficient, and refill the cup if necessary. Inspect all air hoses and fittings to ensure they are securely connected and check for air leaks. Check the rivet head cavity for signs of adhesion and clean it if present. Apply grease to the spherical pairs and conduct equipment inspections in batches every six months. Any issues found should be handled promptly. Check the cylinder’s upper and lower parts for air leaks, and replace the seals if needed.

3.Check whether the rivet head’s projection length exceeds the limit, and replace it if necessary. Observe the rivet head’s movement; if there are anomalies in the spherical pairs, they should be replaced or repaired immediately. Inspect for abnormal noise when the main spindle rotates; if caused by bearing wear or damage, the bearings should be replaced immediately. Apply grease to the spherical pairs. Grease should also be applied to the guide rails and other parts to keep them smooth and rust-free.
