What types of automated machinery does your company primarily deal in?

The entire product line is divided into four major series:

1. Riveting Machine Series: Conventional riveting machines in various tonnages, single/dual-pump hydraulic riveting machines, all-electric servo riveting machines, and fully automatic riveting production line equipment;

2. All-Electric Servo Press Brake Series: Standard models EP12-600 and EP30-1250, featuring all-electric drive for energy efficiency and environmental friendliness;

3. Electro-Hydraulic Press Brake Series: A complete range of models across all tonnages and blade lengths, with support for custom designs;

4. Fully Automatic Countersinking Equipment: Multi-functional machines capable of performing multiple processes, including countersinking, tapping, and milling.

Apart from the complete machine, is it possible to purchase equipment separately to manufacture parts?

We welcome orders. Our factory accepts external orders for CNC machining, machine frames, machine tool structural components, and precision sheet metal parts. We can also supply parts for our own machining equipment separately, making it convenient for overseas customers to repair or replace equipment.

How long is the delivery lead time for the equipment?

Standard off-the-shelf models are shipped within 7–15 days; delivery times for non-standard, custom-made bending machines, automated riveting production lines, and multi-functional countersinking equipment are negotiated based on the complexity of the manufacturing process. Our in-house CNC machining shop can shorten the component manufacturing cycle, allowing us to deliver faster than manufacturers that solely assemble products.

What quality inspection procedures are in place before equipment leaves the factory, and how is quality ensured?

After the machine’s components are CNC-machined in-house, they undergo multiple inspection stages—including grinding, assembly, no-load test runs, full-load pressure testing, and precision calibration—and are manufactured in strict accordance with ISO 9001 standards. Key load-bearing structures are machined in-house, resulting in greater rigidity, reduced susceptibility to deformation during long-term use, and slower precision degradation.
