Technical standards for rivetless pressing machines released, leading the standardized development of the industry

Traditional welding has poor adaptability to dissimilar steel-aluminum materials and causes easy deformation; conventional rivets tend to loosen under vibration with high defect rates. Dunchuan’s rivetless clinching machine adopts microcomputer control and industrial brushless motors, integrated with Bluetooth communication, achieving ±1% pressure control accuracy and strong rivetless joining. Tests show 40% higher efficiency and defect rates below 1%. Industry experts state the standard will drive the sector from non-standard extensive operations to standardized intelligence, supporting domestic high-end manufacturing.
