How long is the delivery lead time for the equipment?
Standard off-the-shelf models are shipped within 7–15 days; delivery times for non-standard, custom-made bending machines, automated riveting production lines, and multi-functional countersinking equipment are negotiated based on the complexity of the manufacturing process. Our in-house CNC machining shop can shorten the component manufacturing cycle, allowing us to deliver faster than manufacturers that solely assemble products.
How is after-sales service guaranteed for overseas customers? How long is the warranty period?
The entire machine comes with a standard warranty, and the warranty periods for key CNC, servo, and hydraulic components are clearly defined. Overseas customers are provided with remote video technical support, along with equipment manuals and maintenance manuals. Wear-and-tear parts can be exported separately in bulk as replacements, addressing the challenges of overseas maintenance.
Do you offer equipment installation and operator training services?
For domestic orders, we can arrange for an engineer to visit your site for installation and commissioning; for overseas orders, we provide a complete set of Chinese and English operating manuals and video tutorials, along with one-on-one online remote training for operators to help them quickly master equipment programming, machining, and daily maintenance procedures.
